Kilty brings more than two decades of experience in capital raising and strategic advisory as an investment banker with in-depth expertise in the telecom and technology sectors for both global infrastructure projects and enterprise services. She built and led the Emerging Telecom practice of a bulge bracket firm and has completed over $80 billion of strategic advisory and capital markets transactions. Her transaction experience ranges from venture stage to Fortune 500 companies including having advised on and raised capital for many of the largest transactions in the telecom sector at the time as well as more recently working on late-stage venture transactions in the climate tech, energy transition, and business services sectors.

She has sourced and structured direct equity investments for several family offices including Vulcan, Inc., the investment vehicle for Microsoft co- founder Paul Allen.

Kilty was also President of a leading real property information services firm driving transformational growth through client-focused leadership, product development, and strategic execution, managing more than 100 employees.
